Hi there, my name is Angie. I had my surgery on January 5, 2015. I was kind of nervous about traveling all the way to Mexico but it turned out to be the best decision I have ever made for myself! Dr Almanza is very kind and caring..(oh and should I say not bad on the eyes either)! Serious though everyone of his staff members took amazing care of me. The hotel staff where very nice as well, our room was plenty spacious and clean. If I had one complaint about it would be the lighting
in the bathroom. Very dark for a bathroom where you are trying put on make-up, but hey if thats the worst of it then I will take it! I crossed back over the border using just my drivers license and birth certificate and it took no time flat. The hotel has plenty of popsicles and broth to keep you going as well. However you wont need much. I highly recomment weightloss agents to anyone that is wanting to have surgery. I am 4 weeks and 1 day out and down 30lbs!!! This is amazing to me. My starting weight was 232 lbs. I feel like Dr Almanza has given me life back and I will be forever greatful. I hope to go back to Mexico in a year or so for some plastics as well, tummy tuck, boobs and arm lift! Best of luck to all on your journey.
