I lost 70 lbs within the first 9 months and have been stable even though my eating hasn't been the best choices since then. I have had no problems from the surgery and feel grateful that I took the initiative to have the surgery. Wish I could have had it 20 yrs ago. I would like to lose another 25 lbs and am going back on protein drinks, enzymes and better nutrition to achieve that. Thank you Dr Almanza.
