Everything went well for me. The staff was professional, knowledgable and helpful. Everyone spoke English. The only bad experience I had was after surgery I shared a room with 2 other people, one of them was throwing up all night long so I got no sleep that night. I would suggest asking for a prescription for liquid antibiotics to take home, there are pharmacies all around the hotel. They give you pills to take home and I had to mix them in my jello they taste horrible, I gagged every time I had to take them. 2 days after surgery I was out shopping and feeling pretty good. A tip for you; no one mentioned anything to me about having "blowouts" it started the last day at the hotel and I had an accident at the airport, it was awful, I ran to the nearest shop and got some pads.
Be prepared bring pads or depends with you for your journey home. Also try to sit near the bathroom on the plane.
I've talked to several women that had surgery the same day as me and they experienced the same thing.
I've lost 11 lbs since my surgery 2 weeks ago!
