Dr Almanza introduces himself as not speaking good English (he doesn't) but he has good hands (he truly is a gifted surgeon). We were treated very well by his staff prior to surgery and although the post op staff has some difficulty with English I can honestly say I always felt safe and well cared for. My wife and I both had the gastric sleeve at the same time so we got to share the same room. We both agreed that the care and personal attention at the hospital was superior to anything in the States. If they don't know something or don't understand they promptly find an answer. Very clean, well maintained facility. Security is exceptional.
I was hesitant about doing the surgery but after surgery I knew it was a good decision and I'm so happy with the results. 90 pounds gone in just a few months and it's staying off. I give them 4.5 stars cause nobody is perfect.
