I started the preop diet 10 days out. In that 10 days I replaced two meals a day with
perfect protein premade shakes and watched my carb's as well as walking 30 min each
morning. When I arrived in TJ I was already 21 lbs to the good. I am now 9 days out of
surgery and have lost now a total of 31 lbs or 10 more since. I seems to be going at
least a pound per day on some days more. While in TJ the staff was so helpful and Dr. Almanza (although) I only meet him one time was very professional and from how my recovery is going a very good surgeon. More later
