The experience of the operation is behind me. All in all it wasn't bad. Little unnerving. The path I chose has been good. I have lost 60 lbs since the operation and continue to improve on my physical fitness. I am only 23 lbs from my goal weight. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who thinks it's gonna be easy.
