Wow what an amazing ride I'm on...8 months ago I got on a plane alone to a place I had never been to have SURGERY! Who does that? Well someone desperate for help. My body was telling me in no uncertain terms that I had eaten myself into dire circumstances and my time with my new grandbabies was limited. I researched this thing called the gastric sleeve for many months, read anything i could find and prayed sincerely for guidance from God on my decision. I received that answer, paid my deposit and bought a plane ticket.

Dr Almanza and his team were perfect for me...It was an experience that was quite different from a US surgery but It was great to be in such caring hands and I never felt worried or concerned at any point that I had made a bad choice. Can't say enough good things about them.

My tight 18/20s are long ago donated and so far 10/12s have taken their place and still losing! My weight is down 90 lbs and my energy and ability to play with my grandbabies are through the roof. Its almost like a dream but really its just an answered prayer. I thank God for this doctor and this team and that this procedure was affordable...It has given me my life back and I'm very grateful for that.
