I have struggled with weight from the time I was a kid. I found myself at 31 years old, with a great job, an amazing family, and good friends. From the outside looking in my life was/is pretty great. However, I weighed close to 300 lbs and was miserable. I made the decision to get the sleeve and it has been a great experience. I m not going to lie, the process is a little crazy/scary, but having done it I would recommend it to anyone. The doctor and nurses are great and they take care of everything. I was back to work 4 days after surgery. I m about 7 months post op and have lost close to 80 lbs. I couldn t be happier with the results and I look forward to what the coming months will bring. I finally have hope that I can be more than an overweight girl, with a pretty face. ;)
