I started this journey of trying to find a way to lose weight, because I always struggled with the ups and downs of weight loss. My cousin had attended the same clinic his wife, my sister. So I believe that the hospital would take good care of me as they did although recovery has been interesting for me because I'm only 4 foot eight and everybody recovers differently . And four weeks so far I've lost 13 pounds and I feel great. I'm still learning my body trying to understand how much I can or cannot eat. Everything everyone tells you about weight loss is the portion control eat more meals throughout the day and drink more liquids. This procedure has help me do all of this I know make better choices about what I'm putting in my body ,I eat more protein as I'm supposed to do. And I drink more liquids. I stay away from soda. This help me find the control I've struggling to find all my life.
