The gastric sleeve surgery went great. The surgeon was very good. The staff was great too. The recovery went well and the staff was very attentive. I would not recommend getting the vasectomy at the same time. The surgeries contradict each other. One says you should not walk if you can avoid it, the other says you need to walk to relieve the pressure created during the surgery. I felt like the recovery took twice as long for both areas because of favoritism to one area or the other. The facility was very clean and the staff was friendly. There's definitely a language barrier so be patient. I would recommend taking a heating pad or extra blankets because they like to keep it very, very cool in the recovery rooms. Overall, I had a good experience and don't regret having the procedure done there. I just wouldn't do both at the same time. It's been 18 days and I'm down about 35 lbs.
