I am very happy i got the procedure done, I have tried every diet there is in a book, tried to watch what to eat, did some exercise .... Nothing helped , a friend of mine went for this gastric sleeve surgery and she looked amazing. So then I had made up my mind to get this surgery done.... Now I 87 lbs lighter and still have another 25 to 30 lbs to go.... Would I do it again .... I don't know .... But I'm happy right now and feel great, do more things ....
