The best thing I could have done I weighed 210 at 5'3 & was miserable with lots of heath problems. I was a diabetic had high cholesterol within a month of my surgery I was not a diabetic anymore I don't have high cholesterol and over all I have lost 60 pounds still losing and feel great .My knees and my back don't hurt like they did I actually can do things that I used to do seven years ago before I got fat....My life has changed so much because of this , before I hurt all the time could not do much life was not good now I love life always going & not having the pain.... I would tell everyone if you are over weight to have this surgery it is so worth it.... The surgery & the recovery is not bad at all...
