I just wanted to share that today makes 13 weeks since my surgery and I've lost 58lbs! I started at 215 and I'm now 157. This surgery has changed my life for the better. I actually want to be healthy! I no longer crave food that is bad for me...instead I enjoy a nice salad or fresh fruit. Not every day has been easy along this journey.
