I was overweight and had serious back problems. I had two options, limiting my activity and taking pain pills, OR losing weight and taking much of the stress off my back. This decision was easier for me than for most people because four years ago I had taken my 19 year old daughter to Dr. Almanza for sleeve surgery and she lost ninety pounds.
