I have always struggled with my weight since I was a child. I tried several weight loss programs. I was able to lose weight just to gain back even more. As I got older, it became harder, and because of stress I continued to gain weight year after year. I had shortness of breath, aching knees, mood swings and just felt unhappy. My recovery has been pretty easy. It is important to follow the post-op instructions. As you start adding foods, you will quickly realize when you are not able to eat yet.
