It's been 7 months since I had my surgery. I've felt great! My body has come down by 103 lbs. And I'm still losing. I started off at 277 and I'm 5 ft. So I was pretty big. I finally don't have to shop in plus size stores. I can run with my kids. I would definitely recommend doing this.
