I have always been overweight, even when I have been successful at dieting. After me second child I was still so overweight- working out 4-5 days a week and eating 1200-1400 calories wasn't working. I felt awful. My husband was apprehensive about me going to Mexico- but I showed him statistics for people who loose 100lbs or more on their own- they usually gain it back. I was tired of loosing and gaining over and over. I went to Mexico and I have never been MORE happy with a decision in my life!! I'm loosing weight, NOT hungry and I actually LOVE to exercise. The hospital staff was excellent and I felt safe and well cared for at all times.
