Feeling Positive about my lifestyle changes. I'm so glad I had this surgery. I've lost 40 pounds so far. My health numbers are better overall: weight, cholesterol, blood pressure and prediabetic condition. I had bad eating habits. Yes, I was scared to have this surgery in Mexico but I felt very positive that the Almanza medical team was the perfect fit for me.
