I am 8 weeks out of surgery that Dr. Almanza did in his little clinic in Tijuana. everyone was very nice and the health care by the nurses was awesome. you are in and out of surgery and on the way to being a new person quickly. I have lost 50 pounds and am looking forward to many more lost forever. There are no frills or deals when you see Dr. Almanza and his clinic, but it is clean. I had a very good experience there. No being sick or in pain afterwards. I walked as instructed and sucked on the gas-x strips. The hotel was spacious and quiet.
