I was skeptical about undergoing the procedure, but I put on a brave face. Throughout my visit, the staff were pleasant and very helpful. My only regret is that I did not practice my Spanish before I arrived so that I could become more fluent even though it was not necessary as all of the staff were fluent in English. After the procedure, the recovery was tolerable and looking back it seems like nothing. Almost two weeks out and I feel great. You have to ease through the diet phases and your body will tell you when it does not like what you have given it and it easily forgives. I would recommend Dr. Almanza and the staff to anyone considering weight loss surgery.
