I felt the process was so fast that you don't really have time to psych yourself out of it. The first half pre op is super slow and awkward. It's best to get to know your crew for the day, meaning the others that will be getting the surgery. We depend on each other the most for emotional support. After the surgery, post op, it feels surreal and uncomfortable for days. Take someone with you if you can. I had my mom with me. But in no time you are up and walking after the surgery and popped back into your hotel room to rest on a day later. I felt terrible and it was a bit fast. However, we all went shopping by the third day. Overall it is safe and clean--once they drug you and bring you upstairs--that area was a bit shady-- but I was so doped up I can't remember clearly--but other than the surgery area upstairs everything else is okay...not perfect but okay for sure. I do feel for the amount of money they make per day the clinic and facilities could be at a better standard. That day alone someone made over 45k from the 8 of us that had the surgery. Could you imagine?...
