The team at WLA was great to work with and always there to answer all my questions day or night. Since I was doing the procedure away from my HMO and paying out of pocket the agents were the perfect fit for me and the patient portal had everything I needed for documents and to keep organized. From the pre op diet to the day of surgery the agents helped me stay focused and be ready for this life changing event. Traveling to Florida to have Dr. Choi as my surgeon was also amazing and the hospital and facilities were top notch. The nurses were all great and the recovery was easier than I expected. I started to diet 30 days before my sleeve (Jan 1) and have lost a tremendous amount of weight. I'm never hungry and this has made it easy to reduce my calories and I still have tons of energy. The only regret I have is not doing this sooner!
