Two days before surgery I weighed 492lbs. I knew that I was going to die if I did not change my life. When I got to Tijuana I was very nervous. With in minutes of being there the staff met us and then took all of my nervousness away. I had 24hr around the clock care. It was literally better care than I have received at any hospital in the states. I will end up bringing people down from my hometown that are afraid to come by themselves. I am a week out and I feel amazing. I haven't taken pain meds in 3 days. I haven't weighed since surgery but I can already tell I am losing weight. I am wearing shirts that I had not been able to wear in 10+ months because I had gained weight. I look forward to living my life and eventually getting back down to Tijuana to help others start reliving their lives too.
