I just looked at my "before" photo this morning. What a sad lady that was. Just a little over 200 pounds, thinking "this was it". I had dieted and lost so many times in the past - then turned around and gained it all back. Classic yo-yo dieter. A friend of mine told me he was going to have the VSG procedure. I investigated and we decided to do it together.

The procedure is easy. The recovery was very nice. And then the weight just started to come off. I have had no problems whatsoever. I am down over 80 pounds. I started at a size 20+ (who even looked at the size?) and now I am a size 4. I am really happy with the results. I wish I had done it sooner - but it's never too late!

Overall - a great experience!
