Just like most I was a little nervous going out of the country to have surgery. Well I had nothing to worry about the whole process went better than I thought. They picked us up at the airport then we crossed the border. I got there the day before my surgery. I was able to get my blood work done the day we arrived. After that we went to the hotel. Next day I had my surgery.
The Surgery took about 45 minuets. WOW!! I woke up with a sore abs. It felt like I did a bunch of sit ups. Got up and moving right away. Walk as much as you can it helps. The next day we went back to the hotel. We went sight seeing that day. We walked 11000 steps that day. 15000 the next more sight seeing. I started my weight loss in July lost 34 pounds. I had surgery in September. The whole process went so smooth. I told my wife after my surgery if I did not know any better I would think they did nothing. they I touched one of the sutures ok they did something.
