It was rough the first 2 weeks. I experienced an increase in weakness and it was difficult to do simple house work. This I believe was attributed to my decrease in fluid intake. This did improve and in about 3 weeks, as I was increasing my nutrition. My weight was 218 lbs the day of surgery and I am 5 ft 3 in. Pant size I was starting to go into size 20 currently I am wearing size 14 and going into a size 12. I am at 165 lbs losing approx. 2 lbs a week. I am enrolled in an aerobics class and doing great. My family Dr. was shocked that I went to Mexico, but is now pleased with the outcome. She has done lab work on me and everything is perfect. It feels great to no longer have 3 sizes of clothes, skinny medium and "fluffy". I would definately recommend this surgery, and I trying to talk another family member into it. My co-workers are amazed. It feels great to get rid of my large clothes, but the best thing of all I feel GREAT.
