We tired everything from NutriSystem, Adkins, and a couple of local doctors, with some success, but always put the weight back on PLUS!. As of today 7/24, I have dropped 31 lbs.
and still losing..... I started at 365, so you can see I have a way to go, but with time and patience I will get it done..... I am holding on pictures until I hit the 50 lb lost mark. So stay tuned....
