What has worked for me so far since my return. I will say this, my travel back home was horrific. Lots & lots of nausea not being able to hold anything down. Had bad chills which told me I had a fever. Once I arrived back in San Antonio, TX & checking my temp, I was right. Temp was 99.9. My friend that picked me up at the airport arrived with baby aspirin as well b/c its chewable. I ate 6 of them & within 10 mins I could feel my fever subside until I arrived home. Once home all went much better. I was literally exhausted! Took my antibiotic swallowing the whole pill & it went down well. I've heard others were not able to do that but I was & have been since. I feel wonderful. I'm also 15lbs lighter. I've been doing juices, gatorade, not so much water, I think b/c it's so much heavier but very small sips work. Made some good broth & drinking about almost a cup full for lunch & dinner. I'm excited about this new journey & look forward to the lbs falling off these next months.
