This surgery has changed my entire life. I've lost 27lbs in 18 days since 3/1/17 (the day of my surgery.) I eat like probably the models do, which I love. To those who don't believe it's legitimate, it is, look up "Dr Almanza Gastric Sleeve" Testimonials on YouTube. You stay a night at the hospital after surgery, they numb you good during the surgery, and the aftercare at the hotel is awesome, they studied hard to learn English to be able to accommodate patients. When at the hospital, ask for Danny (Daniela) kindest nurse you will find, she will give you whatever you need and listens to you, the other nurses are ok, but not as considerate or consistent. The Dr is pleasant, he will answer all your questions. I will never forget his words when talking to our group right before surgery "Today, you will probably remember for the rest of your lives..." and it's true. You will be in some pain, as any surgery, but just remember all the shopping and new clothes you'll be able to fit into. That will keep you motivated. It's real, trust, and have faith. They won't let you down.
