My biggest issue with weight loss was cravings. I would be woken up at night with my gut and mind wanting something. Sweet or salty I could never get it sadisfied. I would taste one thing after another. It was crazy, I could not get away from it. I looked for anything that would take that feeling away and i read up on the GVS and found the susess that people were talking about no more did they crave food. I am down 60 pounds and feeling good and sleeping thruogh the night. I am so glad the craveings have been taken away.
