I had a gastric sleeve surgery with Dr. Almanza's group in 2016. I have been so pleased with the resulting weight loss and increased self esteem since that time. The whole process from requesting information, transportation, accomodations, to the completion of the surgery and follow up is incredibly easy and convenient. No red tape trying to get insurance to pay. One price, all inclusive.

I have developed significant GERD/reflux over the past couple of years. I believe my diet habits have contributed to the discomfort. Maybe to much coffee and soda. I was taking more antacids each day than normal. I also have had some stress with the pandemic over the past two years. Therefore emotional eating causing weight gain of more than 10 pounds that I couldn't get off. My reflux was getting worse and I was looking for relief from the reflux and the weight gain. The Gastric Bypass is what I chose to have done. I didn't have a lot of weight to lose, but I desperately wanted to get the reflux under control.

Dr Almanza and Weight Loss Agents had not disappointed me in the past. I chose to go with them again for this second surgery. The first ten days post op have been uncomfortable, but I am recovering, feeling better. I haven't lost weight yet, but think this is due to extra fluid in my body coming off slowly. I would like to write another testimonial in a few months.
