I have struggled all my life with my weight. My life consisted of diets and more diets. But that was just to keep me from gaining weight. Not to lose it. Since I was used to being on the chubby side all my life. When I turned 40 it became harder to keep it off. And I kind of gave up. At that point I gained my weight fast. I was 20 pounds from 300 and that's when I looked into surgery. After reading many testimonials I decided this was just what I needed. It has been 2 weeks since my surgery and I am down to 252. I am so excited and so happy that I did this. The hospital and the hotel staff were fantastic. I will add more stories throughout my journey.
