I was a severe diabetic on major meds and insulin. The more meds they gave me; the more I had to eat to maintain. Immediately after the surgery I have reduced my diabetic insulin to 0%; total meds has been reduced by 80%. But more importantly I feel 15 years younger. I have lost 39 pounds in less than 3 months. I would not hesitate to recommend this to anyone with the medical condition that I have suffered with the last 13 years. I had gone blind twice and was having major issues with my feet. Now I am exercising and healthier than I have been in 13 years. There are some inconveniences about limited eating, but I was already having those issues. You have to weigh priorities.
