I was nervous even up to the point when it was actual surgery time. Nervous about how well i would do and nervous about what would change about me. I even contiplated bedore they put me under to change my mind but im glad I didn't. I am only about 3 weeks pos op but in these 3 weeks I've learned so much about me and my eating habbits and I've changed so much it amazing. With in the first week i noticed that my ankle swelling and dropped drastically and it didn't kill me to get out of bed every morning. Stick to the diet they plan out for you and everything will be just fine. The liquid and puree stages will seem like they last for ever but time flys. Trust me this team of people knows what they are doing.
