I am days away from my 1 year anniversary and absolutely amazed at my transformation. MY goal was to lose about 90 lbs and put me around 165 lbs. I am 5'8" tall and thought that would be a good weight... Well 8 weeks after surgery, I decided to start working out and joined a body shaping program. 6 days a week for 10 weeks and see what I could do. Well 10 months later and I am still working out 3-4 days a week. I have added in biking and started running again. I have completed 3 5K's already this year with 1-2 more on the books.

Not only did I hit my weight loss goal, I passed it! I ended up hitting 150 lbs. I felt like that was kinda thin, so I have been trying to gain some muscle and I seemed to have landed myself about 154-156 lbs. I went from a size 20 to a size 8. I have NEVER been a size 8!

I made a couple great friends while I was in Mexico and we still keep in touch!

The experience completely changed my life! Between the staff at the hotel in Mexico and the nurses on staff, I couldn't have asked for a more positive experience!

My doctor at home monitors my blood work and is amazed at how well I have done! My starting weight was 256, today I was 154, which puts my weight loss at 102 lbs! WOW!! just WOW. I have worked hard, and not just sat around waiting for the weight to fall off, but I was always active and intended to get back there! And I have!!!

Thank you and here is to many more healthy years to come!!
