I recently had the gastric sleeve procedure done and it has absolutely been the best decision I could have made. I went through the seminar and nutrition classes here the US only to be rejected by insurance for lack of co-morbidity. I basically WASTED 9 months on nutrition classes and time lost waiting on insurance to deny the procedure.

I finally made the decision to go to Mexico. Everything went smoothly. My procedure was on a Wednesday and I returned to work that next Tuesday. Anyone who is unsure or scared on what to do needs to understand that others are doing this and it works. I have already lost 30 pounds since 4/30 surgery date. Total of 40 including the weight lost during pre-op.
