The 1st person of the team we meet (friendly, big smile and doing everything for us)is the driver. He then took us to the hospital and handed us off to Dr.Almanza's medical staff. All very professional and very will to make us as comfortable and relaxed. The hotel staff was very good to all of us and willing to do anything to make our stay and after surgery stay as comfortable as possible. The nurse was great at checking on you in your room.

The day of surgery I was first called in to the operating room. I felt good about everything. When they were trying to bring be out of anesthesia I had an asthma attack. They kept me calm and handled the situation better then I could have imagined even with the language barrier. I have never had this happen when I have gone for surgery so it was very scary but I could not have asked for better care. The nurses are right there for you after surgery and help you with any need you have. (You don't get this kind of care in Canadian hospitals.)

The driver made going threw the border a safe experience. I can not say enough about the whole experience. The whole team starting with WLA and Dr. Almanza's staff, hotel staff and the driver are the best. Thank you
