OK...people thought I was INSANE for considering weight loss surgery as an option let alone doing it in MEXICO, but with a weight loss exclusion on my health insurance and an immediate need to loose weight..I took a leap on faith. Well... the only regret I have is that I should have done it SOONER, YEARS AGO. All these years of yo yo dieting, gaining and losing, spending money on different fads only to be back in the same rut. Dr. Almanza did an EXCELLENT job, his staff was super nice and supportive (the nurses were awesome) and I am loosing weight so quickly it feels unreal.
