I am 3 months out and I don't regret this surgery yet. It is by far the best decision I have ever made for myself. I am always one that does things for others than do things for myself. If you are debating on doing this don't this is for you and for you to be the best you that you can be.

I went to Mexico as a 5'6" 210 person and now I am 156lbs so that is 53lbs in 3mos. Amazing!!! I am still losing slowly but with my BMI being low I believe that is amazing progress. Many people said I didn't need to lose weight but for myself and my confidence I did and I haven't looked back.

This isn't easy and I not going to ever say it was but I am doing well. I don't watch what I eat because at this time I don't think I need too I am still losing and I eat what I want. I don't think eating a 1/3 of a sub is going to hurt me by eating the bread. I still have carbs and actually lose more if I do eat more carbs.

Trust me so worth it and the Dr and Staff are amazing and worth the money to go there. I actually sent another friend down about 3 weeks ago and she is doing amazing and have a couple more going the first of the year after seeing my progress!!
