Everything was coordinated to the tee from picking of the date to when I landed in San Diego. Which was good because I came by myself! The hotel was nice and clean no confusion about payments and such . Day before procedure had labs done and met the Drs & nurses. Toured hospital which was also nice and clean. Met a lot of new people and never felt out of place or even worried for that matter. Surgery was not as bad as I thought. Love the fact you have nursing staff onsite at hotel along w/ Dr who checks your incisions/drains. Round the clock meds and Iv so you don't get dehydrated. Also water,jello and you can get free broth from onsite restaurant. Plenty of places for your guest(s) to visit while you heal. We even went sightseeing & shopping 2 days after surgery! Or you can catch a cab if you like. I'm happy to say in 3 mths I've lost 87 pds!! Best decision ever you won't regret it.
