I do have a lot to say but I really don't know where to start.

It has been a little over 3 years now since I have had my GS done and I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the results.

If any of my pictures have insulted anyone that isn't my intention. I just wanted to show my 3 year journey though pictures.
Because as they say a picture is worth a thousand words. I sure hope the pictures where clear enough for you?
And as you know when your BIG and feel the way you do at the time, you just what to see what you can look like and not read.

The HARDEST things that I go through every day is really the amount of food and drink I can have at every meal (1 1/2 cups in total, drink included) If I try to eat anymore then that off to the bathroom very very very uncomfortable. Sit up overtime you eat and drink till you feel that everything has successfully has gone down the hatch (Stomach) and you know when it is gone down ( NO HEARTBURN FOR THIS GIRL) Ever time I do this with every meal.
And not to sound dumb, but good way to know if your trying to get back into your old habitats OVER EATING, because you know how much easier it is to fall back there.

I Thank GOD, Jesus and the Holy Spirit every day as well to keep me going. I don't what to be that BIG GIRL AGAIN.

As I stated at the beginning I do have a lot to say but I feel what I have shared has been or could be helpful with anyones decision in getting the GS and Good Luck to Your Future.........

Also I would like to THANK Dr Mario Almanza from the bottom of my HEART for helping in changing my life for the better now and forever.

P.S Dr Mario
I think I would like to get my eyes done
Cute New Little Body....
I need Cute Big Eyes...

Sincerely

Joyce Sealey
