Ballon doesn’t work ,don’t waist your money *

Hi, on 9/21/22 I went to Mexico with Dr.Cantu to get the gastric ballon. The ballon only work the first month. After the second month I start eating more and more. I start gain weight the opposite because the food stay longer on my stomach and it start getting bigger and bigger. By the end of the year with the ballon, I gain almost 40 pounds. From 290 to 330. Because the food stay longer in my stomach and I became with diabetes Spike the sugar. When I went to remove the ballon, I talk to the doctor about the ballon doesn't work, he look at me like this happened before with other patients, he don't care. If I want something else I have to pay, even I ask for how much he charge me if I decide to do surgery they try to charge me almost 7k, I lost my money, no one cares. Very disappointed of the doctor and staff the don't care about people from out of Mexico only looking for money.
