Hello everyone, today is the 23rd of November, 2012 and I'm 6 days post op. I went to Tijuana Mexico to have the surgery done by Dr. Almanza at the Jeruesalem Clinica and my experience was great. They were very sterile, profesional, caring. I had no problems so far I feel great. Since the start of my journey at 266 pounds and to day I'm at 247 pounds, its surely a life style change for sure but its been fairly easy I guess when your ready you can do anything you set your mind to. I highly recommend this doctor it was different than a normal hospital but it is similar to an out patient facility and very comfortable. Actually more comfortable than a hospital.
