I have no regrets going to Mexico to have my surgery. Everyone at Jerusalem Clinic were so helpful and answered all my questions before and after my surgery. I had no pain after my surgery just discomfort from gas, so I walked the hall of the clinic and hotel. It did me a world of good, I even shopped the day after my surgery in the market behind the hotel. I lost fifty pounds and I have another 50 to go and I feel fantastic. Remember this is a Lifetime change, you will never eat the way you do now never! I eat what I want but in small amounts, I exercise and drink plenty of water. This was the best thing I ever did for myself...I am loving the new me!!!!
