I am very glad I had the surgery. I feel so much better about myself and my boyfriend tells me all the time how beautiful I am and that is a wonderful feeling. I was 184 before the surgery and now I am 139 and still losing. The people were great and so was Dr Almanza.The hotel was beautiful. I have told a lot of people about my change and some people are thinking about getting the surgery them selves. I would advise anyone that wants to lose weight to get the surgery.
