I made the most important decision of my life. I am extremely happy with the outcome. I am just 1 month out from surgery, but I feel WONDERFUL. I was very lucky to have NO complications and hope most are as lucky as I was. I did go to Tijuana by myself and was never concerned or scared. The hotel staff was wonderful as well as all the medical staff. The biggest thing to do after surgery is WALK, WALK, WALK. Even if you don't feel good, walking will help you so much. Like I said I am 1 month out and can only eat about 3 oz of food at a time...I take small bites and take time between the bites and when I am satisfied I stop eating.
