I am down from size 18 to 12(they are baggy). 23 lb. gone. It's been 24 days since the surgery. I am still taking my blood pressure medicine. hopefully a little more weight lost and the medicine will be gone. Yesterday morning when I went for my morning walk I actually did a little running. I have not ran in years. I have had knee surgery on both. one knee has had surgery twice. they dont hurt like they did. Dr Almanza was great. The nurses were great. I will go back with my Husband to have it done. I think the best part for my husband I don't snore,if i do he said its really light. if you are thinking about,don't think so much. Do your research it, book it, get it done. You will feel like a new person.
