Like everyone else, I was a little afraid to have surgery done in Mexico. Upon doing research and reading many testimonials, I discovered that maybe it was the right choice for me afterall. My experience was a great one. From the moment I started speaking with Weight Loss Agent Representatives, they were helpful with every single detail of my plan. They answered all questions that I had quickly and thoroughly. When I got to the hospital, everything went rather quickly. My group met Dr. Almanza, and then I was asked to do the pre surgery testing, and then on to sign the paperwork, and from there I was sent to my room to put my things up and get prepared for surgery. The surgery itself was not that painful in my experience, and when I did have pain, the nurses were quick to help me with pain medication. Then the next day, I was discharged to the hotel, and from there, the nurses and doctors were just as helpful as they were in the hospital. They even had a ride available to take us shopping and pick up souveniers. Everything went according to plan, and my experience since being home has been a good one. My incisions healed quickly, and I had no complications, now I am back to living life like I was before, except at only 4 oz at a time :)
I recommend Dr. Almanza to anyone wanting to have the surgery done out of the country, my experience was definitely worth it!
