Having the surgery was the best thing I've done for weightless. I've struggled with my weight most of my life, going from one type of diet to the next trying to keep my weight under control and would always gain it back plus some. It's only been 3 months but I've lost 40lbs and feel great. I did find it fustrating the first few weeks trying to eat but now it is easier as you have to know when you are full. I would recommend this for anyone who has a weight problem. I feel healthier and happier than I have in a long time. No regrets.
