While it has only been 15 days since my surgery so I can't share any dramatic weight loss pictures right now, I can tell you how amazing this group of people are. I was a smidge worried about going to Tijuana for a surgery, but after talking with a co-worker who had done this, I decided to just go for it. I am so glad I did. I never felt like I wasn't given the absolute best care possible. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. I cannot say that enough. The hotel staff was amazing and so helpful and the hospital staff was the same. They all spoke very good English so I never had a problem understanding anything. I just cannot express enough how kind everyone was, and when you are in pain, not at home, and possibly by yourself, that kindness means a whole lot.

Just to name a few of the nurses and hotel workers that stuck out with me. Alonzo was who greeted us at the hotel and he was again so nice and accommodating. You asked and Alonzo could make it happen. Sebastion and Alex are the two nurses that I saw the most at the hotel and they were fantastic at their jobs. You could tell they cared about their patients. I have had much much much worse treatment in my own doctors office. At the hospital I remember Danielle and a Veronica, but I know there were others (the hospital is a little fuzzy. :))they were some of the best nurses I have ever had the privilege of having take care of me. My group, I believe, was the first group to be in the new hospital and you would never have known that from the care and attention we got. My mother who was extremely worried about going was put to rest from the minute we got to the hospital and all through the stay she just kept saying how wonderful everyone was.
